Meet your coach
Hi, I'm Jazmin.
Life coach, holistic health advocate, and someone who knows what burnout feels like from the inside.

I've always believed that life is about continuous evolution and growth. For a long time, though, my idea of self-preservation was built on avoidance. As a deeply sensitive and empathetic person, I learned to protect myself by burying my feelings, believing suppression was the safest way to navigate the world. Today, I know real healing begins when we give ourselves permission to recognize our emotions, feel them, and move through them.
That realization came after a major turning point. For 17 years, I built a thriving corporate career, until the high-pressure environment caught up with me and led to severe burnout. I lost touch with myself and the things that brought me joy. I felt like I was no longer enough, with nothing left to give to the people I loved most. My body, mind, and spirit were screaming for change, but I ignored my inner voice and the signs.
Ultimately, a restructure forced me to take the step back I so desperately needed. I spent six months focusing on my own healing. Studying holistic health helped me understand the profound connection between mind, body, spirit, emotions, and energy. I realized my burnout wasn't a personal failure, but a sign I was out of alignment with my values. To deepen this transformation, I joined Mindvalley and earned my Life Coach Certification, diving even deeper into personal growth and equipping myself with tools to help others.
I started Rooted because I know what it's like to keep going long after your body and spirit have asked you to stop. Recovering from my own burnout taught me that real change doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from tending to the roots.
My coaching blends personal growth work with holistic health: how you rest, nourish yourself, move, connect and make decisions. Every plan is built around your life, your values, and your pace. I work with clients online, from wherever you feel most at home.
